This signing is for 70+ racks of initial fitout or 2.35% of total capacity. A very good size signing in my opinion. Diversifies the income stream. Still plenty of room to grow without being too big.
I'd prefer not to have really big signings, as in the long run it has a negative impact on earnings stability if single big customers don't renew contracts.
