Vale, BHP, Glencore are putting their Nickel operations (either downstream or upstream) on care and maintenance, nickel concentrate producer Panoramic went into administration recently, IGO has written down a 1.1b Cosmos project, but Mr Ambassador is saying it would be all rosey and competitive if they sent their dirt to Vietnam. I am personally not convinced if it's that easy.
