How exactly? The founder's shares issued because of rights accrued tied to revenue structures. The directors had absolutely no discretion to do anything differently (other than the founder-directors escrowing them for a further 12 months, as some did). And the next tranche will be exactly the same. It never could have been anything different, so I wish this would stop being bought up, so I can stop repeating myself!! Investors - READ ANNUAL REPORTS and factor these items in!!!!!
