On 27th March 2017 IMF announced that the court had ordered arbitration to commence on 14th August 2017.
Quite rightly IMF said that unless there was a binding agreement it would not be commenting on arbitration proceedings/progress.
That said, has anybody heard how arbitration is going?
This is a fascinating case and very important for the victims of the flooding, especially our HC poster friend denk12
