Fortunately the PLS grant came from the Mordern Manufacturing Initiative so looks to be safe.
I think this just means Boral and Adbri just have to reach into their own pockets and pay commercial rates to CXL to get their kiln into their plants.
Might mean it takes longer to get off the ground but will happen eventually.
I dont see why the tax man has to fund something in which there is a commercial incentive for these two companies to get done anyway.
