I actually started looking at this stock again and think the Chairman has a successful past and apparently he made tens of millions out of selling a couple of other SaaS businesses. Does anyone else have more info about this as my source had just heard that.
It seems AD1 is his only ASX directorship. The Board and Management have 36% of AD1 which is pretty high which is good. And I looked
