Bizarrely enough, one thing that I have no concerns with is a potential capital raise. I have the strong view that these guys are going to be VERY good on acquisitions - the Chairman said in one of the briefings that they kicked over a HEAP of companies before settling on the Mentoring business. Frankly, they're NOT going to stuff up an acquisition ... and I think the only reason they'd raise funds would be FOR an acquisition. So I sleep very well knowing that. In relation to the burden of being Vic based ... I can assure you that it is a real problem selling B2B in Victoria at the moment. My business is in the same boat. It's hard to even get appointments, and even then it's via Zoom/Teams etc. I know that in some states it's almost business as usual but that is not the case in Victoria ... so AD1 is really being cruelled there, and to be fair, there's nothing they can do about that. Anyone who is reading this who is finding business development easy in Victoria - if in B2B markets - is either lucky or on drugs. (That said, I think there's pent up demand and by March/April of 2022 I really think we'll have seen a lot of business signed up).
