I least mgmt are now trying to spuke COE 's postion to halt the decline. I wish they'd adjust the 335 mil capex 20 mil under budget to include the new 10mil shared with APA to fix the plant. Geez if we had a market correction now COE cld go to .25c easy.... if only i had bet 1/5 of my COE holdings on my VML holdings and then rebought som COE at these levels i cld be sitting on 2mil + COE shares ready to ride it back up
