Noises from GPC about potential rigs coming to Philippines for Galoc-PII - Rig share for Gindara is a high likelyhood based on similar rig specs, question is can NDO afford the development wells for Galoc and the exploration in 54B (KIK also might have a bit of a problem meeting the cash requirement for 54B).
Realistically the long lead items for exploration are 6 months delivery without putting a rush on them - so that meant early 2011 (calendar) was the earliest possible for Gindara, long leads for Galoc not ordered yet either (Phase 2 not approved by JV)...
