I think it's in the midst of a protracted battle for control/company share now.
'Smart' money knows BOT needs $ to progress (Phase 2 for BTX1503 (Acne) is fully funded, Phase 2 for BTX1204 (AD) is not). SP will be pressured to ensure maximum equity for when BOT look for those BTX1204 Phase 2 $.
Matt, etc need to announce a revenue generating deal for Permatrex or Acne Wash to get some leverage back imo (or perhaps release details of BTX1801 if it's a game changer)
The current announcements are great (and further confirm the success story that BOT is turning out to be IMO), but whilst we're still needing those $ for BTX1204 phase 2, there'll be that motivation for 'others' to put the pressure on (until they're in at least)..
