Just stumbled across this and trying to form an opinion. So essentially professional services firm masquerading as a "technology enabled disruptor"..... right.. On their proforma numbers are already trading at 6x EBITDA which is entirely appropriate for a prof services firm, don't seem to have any foothold at all for key SEO terms (just google yourself to work that out) and essentially capital hungry to acquire others to grow... family law matters are predominantly state based, so they need expertise in each state.
What am I missing?
