    New management appear to be committed to transparency , which is a very pleasant change !!
    They are trimming back to core Property Management business.
    SH's might even get a small capital return from these sales?
    That would be fair !!
    I don't think this team will be accepting any ridiculous offer from Hurley.
    Just my gut feel ATM
