The delays are outside Inca's control and only modest time frames on those delays.
I guess it's the consequence of wanting to use the best geophysicists...they are in demand!
They could play it like some companies and not tell us what to expect...that way you wouldn't be disappointed.
I personally wouldn't be giving up on the July options yet!
Riqueza will still likely be a go mid-March, late March at worst.
