Because I believe that despite the inept, cowardly, self serving, incompetent CEO the Thai asset is so good there is still upside.
If Ross did not hold 5m shares I would have moved on. Ross is using Jamie like the lap dog she is.
We intend to give management a strike. That also may not succeed. We do know of over 30m shares that will vote against them.
If they try do some other deal there are many sophisticated shareholders that will sell out (obviously after their own analysis) I am one of those. I do not want a part of this company if Gibson does anything more than make a fool of herself and buy back shares like the lapdog she is.
We should be buying back shares right now, but they are that useless they don't even know the rules.
