Excuses,excuses,excuses,..... They always have excuses! The time for excuses should have passed long ago, but no, we seem to be on a never ending story of excuses. It's time we got better feed grades, more ounces, lower costs and more integrity than the mediocre performances we have been getting over the last two years. Unfortunately I don't think our present chairman and ceo have the abilty or desire to get us on the right track. It requires operational performance abilities, not attending conferences abilities. Sure, Jamie comes across as personable and nice, and obviously is a competent conference presenter, but he'd be better suited to be a light entertainment tv presenter or a salesman, than a CEO of a gold mining company.
