I think you're spot on. I agree with it all.Unfortunately though the very mention of the word "capex" this year has resulted in many smashings of share price across the entire mining sector. Regardless of future value.
It seems to be a very fickle market. I have been topping up here and was going to continue, but after seeing Chalice over the last 24 hours I am holding off til the DFS. Either direction it goes I will be buying, but I'd rather confirm a low or high before doing so.Exciting time for sure though!
