Tried to read the presentation as if I were on my first date with Ms ALKie, not a jaded has-been with interminable domestics, a few highs and many lows with her behind me.

Was very impressed. I'd be hooking up if I hadn't already.

She's looking like a smart operator with that first wee house at Tomingley. Got a clear idea about how to tart it up. All nicely laid out with graphics and really precise. I like a gal that pins her colours to the mast.

And as for that bit of land she's interested in to run the horses on over at Boda, well that looks smart. Yea its a bit of a stretch but no pressure to hurry, no bank on her back, and she's talking to some folks (in her words "engaging" with them) who could make it all happen and no doubt grease our palms in doing so.
