    I agree with the person who said the security will be gold hedging. What Tim Davidson said was they want to get it right. Which means a carefully calibrated stack of forwards, puts and calls to give an effective "collar' agreeable to the bankers and the co.

    When I've asked directors about hedging before that said it's not as easy as just putting it on or taking it off in a hurry it takes time for parties including the board to agree.

    All IMVHO.
