Jeez!! had a crystal ball did you ? on what was going to happen with REE prices ?? They were able to have that significant raise at the time because the market and investors were well and truly on board with the discovery and Nd/Pr prices at the time, were humming!! Talk about a frigg'n keyboard warrior!!
