While I agree it is unlikely, never rule anything out. Strange things played out on the ASX in recent memory. CXO went from 3c to $1.30 in just a couple of years thanks to the Lithium and battery tech fad of hopes and dreams! There were about 5 or 6 other stocks during that fad who did similar things. If DRE actually have something solid backing them and a genuine economic discovery, I wouldn't rule any large scale move out.
