It's also possible S2R aren't sharing anything with Legacy until they have something to report. They completely control the drilling on the tenement.
Chris recently pointed out again that a porphyry like this is extremely high risk but high reward. S2R wouldn't be spending hundreds of thousands of $$ to drill this hole and assay results if it wasn't a bet they thought could pay off.
Either way, a good result is far from guaranteed. We should know in a month or so.
