jestez, you would be aware as a holder but for others, Strike announced today they had been granted major project status. So it seems the $2b will be given out in waves not all in one hit. This is the first announcement I have seen of money getting allocated so it's great that RNU are in the early (or first) batch of funding.
Also RNU started today with an MC of $454m and the government gave them $185m, equivalent to 40% of the companies value. Let that sink in. Then think about why the government gave this money, it's not free money, the government would have every intention of getting its money back in taxes or a benefit of equivalent value.
