It is only my opinion, but I think this has moved on from speccie to sure fire thing. The money loaned from the government all but assures us that the mine will go ahead. I'm not up to speed on where they are at with approvals so I don't know when they wil actually start shipping, and these things always take far longer than you thnik they should. That's when you get significant pull backs, but once the problems are overcome, the share will rocket up to its final fair value.
My guess is that this is a multi dollar share in a relatively short time - still room to 10 bag from here - but I have ben wrong before!
