I think your both right because there are several large vested interests at play. For instance posco got in the door first however that gave massive street cred to the sp. You would think they should have played a harder game and waited longer as the sp was floundering, however now their clear intentions has raised the sp supporting to fortify their equity stake. This street credit is prob smashing other vested interest efforts to accumulate via buggery. Great games afoot from all directions.
