Not excited to see:
"The new product qualification facility, which is expected to be commissioned early next year, is a key step to secure offtake arrangements..." (Emphasis mine.)
I would have liked to have seen offtake arrangements before then. And we may do, but this reads as though that won't be the case.
Happy to see, last paragraph:
"... the development of Australia technologies supported by patents strongly alights with the core principles of the Australian Government's Critical Minerals Strategy."
So it appears that the Govt. has no concern about the status of the patents.
