It's a PI claim against Sensear and in turn Sensear's insurer would be handling the defence (can't stop peeps suing you unless you can prove vexatious litigation) just like every other personal injury claim is my recollection. Know whether the plaintiff is still pursuing the matter...as a matter of fact what was the injury exactly and has the matter finalised? Not that I care as it has ZERO to do with NUH or JM or DC.
