Here is a brief summary:

Goldthwaite was vice president of sales for sensear. He was recruited by Jusin Miller. Miller disclosed sensear's sales figures which were alleged to be inflated by channel stuffing and Miller made foreward looking projections about the company and Goldthwaite's renumeration package which didn't eventuate. Goldtwaite made a claim for damages which was settled out of court.
