September quarter so could be July 1.
My opinion is, they won't need much as $5 mil options due in Dec so there is other ways to raise funds instead of diluting us. I get it, raising money for small companies scares the bejesus out of market, but I am confident they have a plan that will be positive for share price.
Obviously when the big money is (don't want to add if required) required, hopefully next year, the company will look very different.
