The books and cartoons have been outsourced so doesn't take any man-power away from Bert or Trish or whoever. They are also important in keeping the Yowie chocs relevant in the future.
I don't see how Australian sales could be better after all the feedback we've seen here on HotCopper. If you want more feedback go onto Instagram and Twitter and search with #yowie or #yowies and look at all the other pics and write-ups that didn't get posted here.
Not sure about the high-standards in the US. My local Walgreens here in Los Angeles gets their Yowies in on a Thursday and sells out by the weekend. Every week. My local It'Sugar store sells six a day at $5 a pop on the weekend - pretty much the most popular item in-store. They went through a whole box on memorial day holiday. I was told last year by Trish that there is an entire sales team in Arizona that deals with US sales. They seem to be doing well. The litigation seems to be the reason for the falling SP to me.
