    Are you reading today’s announcement in isolation,  without consideration of ISX’s lengthy timeline of service development achievements and market positioning. 

    If so then you’re, almost certainly, missing the relevance and context of today’s announcement.

    I’m not at all surprised the SP moved the way it did today. What we learned today is a significant development!!

    Changed my sentiment to to buy after more than a year as a hold!!
