Looking at the PDS, for point 3, the $15,000 threshold isn't applicable. If a super balance is below $6,000 they will not charge the 0.275%, above $6,000 they do. So you could say the threshold is $6,000.
But you point remains very valid. Super is sticky, and being more exposed to % based fees the upside momentum will be faster
