The TPG wireless network that was the commission’s principal reason for declaring that it had issues with the merger is not going to be built.
Now that TPG has pulled the plug on the network build, there is no longer an issue for the ACCC in the wireless market. Vodafone has a minuscule presence in the fixed-line market, so TPG's share of that market isn't an issue either.
