    not sure about that. It clearly states:
    Sep'16 - Jan'17 - Fully Funded
    Jan-17 - Jun'17 - Customer/Offtake Financing
    Jun'17 - Dec'17 (and onwards) - Cashflow Positive

    So it seems they are fully funded
