So in short $25M Capex gives an $84M cash flow annually. Lets call some error on the 84M cash flow and call it 50M cash flow. What Market Cap would you be happy with given 50M EBITA? (Capex is too small to factor in - gone in 6 months) $500M seems fine by me - not counting the other assets (potential).
