It's not the FDA that gives the patent AMPL, it's the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) Nothing to do with the FDA.
It has definitely been manipulated down, something a few of my holdings have had done to them, and to be honest it's getting beyond a joke now. Along with shorting and other "shady"practices, it makes it increasingly difficult for Joe Public to gain a few $$.
Anyhoo, that's the way it is and I have to hold as am reasonably deep underwater with these....... Roll on 2023!!
