The Patent application has not been rejected, IP Australia has requested more information/for EGR to be more specific in their invention to make a full assessment of the patent application. They even stated the existing approved patent where RNU has objected to the application,
In simple terms, AUSPatient has asked EGR to provide more clarity to avoid another long drawn-out objection as per the first application.
