Dissapointing and slightly unexpected as the US patent was accepted. On the other hand the Australian patent is not too relevant. Australia is quite behind in building of gigafactories and I do not see a BAM facility be build there anytime soon. The focus of US and Europe is clearly on local manufacturing. So if EGR builds a BAM facility it should be there. Good to read the confirmation that BAM qualification facility will be conpletet next month.
