You could harvest every day if you want...but then your yield all depends on the size of your facility doesn't it. I reckon it also depends on the strains that you are cultivating as well, as different strains may have different flowering times, nutrient requirements, water requirements. Then if you're growing different strains concurrently there may be some timing constraints. Additionally if it's a new facility there are unknowns about how plants grow from one section to another. SO if it were up to me, and I was accountable to shareholders, I'd want experts growing, documenting and optimizing every step of the way in my new facility so that the results were repeatable. Maybe one day muppets can grow the stuff but to begin with let's let the experts do it rather than finding out down the track that we forgot to add additional phosphorous at the right time to improve flowering.
