the world knows ASX and ASIC are in bed for the last 12 month or so. If ASIC has to come out and claim this why were they even waiting for lat 12 months. We understand just because the ASX vs ISX is coming to a close and ASX is shaky now ASIC is taken up a federal case without even letting ISX know or having a round of discussions.
Shame on ASX and ASIC. Hope the court sees it the right way.
