Their biggest one is the 2.85M claim, which WAS disclosed on the 29th August 2018 in the annual report under "Cost of Sales" and also under the title Business Update where they confirmed they had new revenue stream with "low Margin"

Anyway all in my head, until the judge speaks we all be back and forth like morons.
