I think people believe they have time on their hands and so are holding out a bit. What they dont realise is when an ann is made like a jv or an offtake, this stock is going to move so fast that they wont stand a chance. Huge bargain at these prices imo. I must admit I dont see that happening for possibly a few weeks maybe a month or two but why wait, look at the buy side building up at the lower prices. Wish I could afford more right now but new garage and retaining wall must be paid for this week.
