this reminds me of SVM a little. Globally significant scale deposit in a slightly niche mineral discovered (or stumbled upon in both cases) by a junior. Conventional thinking would be that the market cap rockets upon announcing the discovery but that didn’t happen in both cases. In the case of SVM the project almost became too large to the point where it was obvious only a couple of companies in the world had the balance sheet, marketing capacity and skills/expertise to execute such a large project so there was never that competitive tension to pump the share price higher.
