    - Mineral leases to be acquired
    - Optimised Dev Plans
    - Feasibility studies
    - Bulk Sampling
    - Enviro Assessments
    - BAM Study
    -FIDs
    - Funding
    -Offtakes
    - Infrastructure ( Power, roads, etc)
    - Construction

    Probably plenty of other things I've missed too.
