They are not helping develop another company's assets (EUR) but instead testing their Weinebene asset, which is an extension (a higher grade apparently) of EUR's Wolfsburg project.
Don't forget that Jadar's Weinebene project SURROUNDS Europen Lithiums Wolfsburg, ie. it may be much larger and higher grade.
European Lithium bought the 20% of this project with JDR holding 80%.
in addition EUR and JDR are collaborating on this project, where EUR is going to be doing drilling on this project, which means JDR would not have to spend much cash but reap the benefits, see the below announcement made before.
