Why would that be a bad thing to waive our right?
if we wanted to buy that 20%, we would have to pay for it at the same price sizzle valued it at.
Secondly by waiving the right, EUR has 20% and will be using their cash to pay for this as well, it is in their best interest to do so.
Thirdly, there is the possibility we will get bought out by EUR at a later date and at a much higher valuation for sure.
So it is a real benefit to us actually.
