I hold both EVR and EUR.
EUR will own approx 80% of the newly created and NASDAQ-listed Critical Metals Corp.
EUR will continue to be listed on the ASX.
I would expect that Critical Metals Corp will be very interested in EVRs Austrian assets so hopefully we will soon see some value come from there.
