Todays close 4.29
buying at 4.00 and allowing for the 11c div is around 9.3% discount, well worth considering.
The merger and the new aquisition and increased efficiency should increase the overall value of the merged company, hopefully reflected in the share price soon, although short term there will be pressure to drop it to the issue price.
