MTH will do nothing until they start to drill Bill Hills. JVs are nice to have, especially ones that actually drill, but re-rates of SP wont come from them.
After last announcement - I'm unsure if they are serious about drilling Billy Hills at all. Nothing makes sense looking back at past timelines.
There are plenty of West Perth "explorers" that never turn dirt. I was hoping MTH wasn't one of them.
