I just always find that these placements are by lazy board who cannot be bothered going through the extra work of a small addition of a spp to existing shareholders.
The presentations and all the announcements are on about creating shareholder wealth ( and AUT are not alone) but the placement always suggests - well the creation is for SOME shareholders NOT ALL shareholders.
