Before today's announcement my excel spreadsheet had that they would start producing in late 2019. However today I see, at the very end they said:
"Authier is an advanced, development project, construction forecast to commence in early 2019 and first concentrate production in 2020."
Therefore my spreadsheet now presumes they'll start in mid 2020. With this assumption changed, as well as a few other minor adjustments, my spreadsheet says SYA is worth less than I initially thought. Having said that, it still says it is currently worth 0.34 on good assumptions and 0.069 on bad assumptions. A LOT OF UPSIDE.
The above numbers based on a 15% discount rate and mine life of 17 years.
